Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized Orders
Customized or personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
