Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Original packaging must be intact

• Invoice must be provided

Customized, engraved, or special-order items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
